I stumbled across handcrafted scented candles by accident
(while researching how to make something else) I was instantly hooked. It was several months of research before I even attempted to make my first candle, who knew you couldn't just pop any ole wick in a container with some wax and fragrance and Voila! So 6 months of testing different combinations for good flame size, good melt pool and good fragrance throw followed before my first 6 fragrances in candles and wax melts were of a standard I was happy with.
With my Beauty Therapy background, Cosmetics were bound to catch my eye. The first being Cold Process Soaps, then Bath Bombs, Lip Butters the list goes on. I also discovered all the extra regulations and certifications that come with cosmetics. But I didn't let them put me off. It means I can't produce the products I would like a quick as I'd like, but the Skin is the largest organ of the body, we need to look after it.

Shipping
We ship to GB addresses only
Orders are sent once a week, at weekends
Items are posted 2nd class signed for. If parcel weight is above 2 kg then items may be posted in more than one parcel.
Postage cost will vary depending on size and weight of parcel
Some items are made to order, so please allow 3-5 working days for orders to be dispatched
Products will only be dispatched to the address provided on the PayPal account

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so in writing. If your order has already been posted or received and you wish to cancel/return your order please contact us beforehand to make arrangements.
If you find fault with any item or if you believe you have received a wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for approval to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened, in it's original packaging, in the same condition that you received it, and within 14 days of receipt. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return (you are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel)
